Terms and Conditions

These are our terms and conditions. Together with the references they contain, apply this to any contract we enter with you.

We have the right to change these general terms and conditions. You agree that the latest version of these terms and conditions will always apply to our agreement.

Article 1 – Products

We offer solar panels, inverters and other sustainable products. These products are offered by manufacturers or distributors where the manufacturer's warranty conditions apply.

Article 2 – Registration

You must register to order a product. You must provide us with your personal information for this. You must fill in this personal information truthfully and it must be up to date. We protect your personal data well; see also our Data protection on our website. Use a strong password for your account and never give your password to others. You are responsible for any misuse of your account (for example: if someone else places an order with us using your password).

Article 3 – Payments

The (total) price of the products is indicated in our web shop. You can pay in our web shop through various solutions and possibly on account if you have a positive credit rating.
The shipping costs are for your account or are free with certain volumes

Article 4 – Deliveries

We deliver your product to the address you specified when ordering. You can no longer change the address if we have already sent the package. logistics service provider takes care of the distribution. We do our best to deliver the order as soon as possible. If the order is delayed, we will notify you in writing. We guarantee that you will receive the order no later than 30 days after confirmation of the order. In the unlikely event that this does not work, you can request us to (a) immediately refund the amount you paid for the product, or (b) send a replacement product (of equal value).

Article 5 – Return

You may always return the product within 14 days after you have received it. You can do this with the return form or by sending an email to sales@search4solar.com. After you have received confirmation from us, you must send the product within 14 days. If we have received the product, we will refund the full purchase amount within 7 days. The costs for the return shipment are for your account. During the period you have to consider whether you want to keep the product, you must handle the product and the packaging with care. You may only unpack and use the product to the extent necessary to determine whether you want to keep the product. Products that have been specially ordered cannot be returned.

Article 6 – Liability

Wij zijn niet aansprakelijk voor de schade die veroorzaakt is door gebruik van een product. Dit geldt niet als die schade is ontstaan door onze opzet, grove nalatigheid of bewuste roekeloosheid. Uw recht op schadevergoeding zal in ieder geval maximaal het bedrag zijn van het bestelde en betaalde product.

We protect your personal data in an agreement with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You can consult our privacy policy for more information.

Article 8 – Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights (such as: copyright, logos, word marks) to our texts, photos, images and other materials are our property (or are managed by us with the permission of the copyright holder). Your use must not infringe on this

Article 9 – Complaints procedure

If you have a complaint about the implementation of the agreement, we would like to hear about it. Send your complaint as soon as possible (and describe it as fully as possible) to sales@search4solar.com. We will handle your complaint as soon as possible, but no later than 7 days after we have received your complaint. If it takes longer to settle the complaint, you will receive an acknowledgment of your complaint within 2 days and we will let you know when we expect an answer. If we cannot resolve the complaint mutually, a dispute will arise that falls under the dispute settlement procedure.

Article 10 – Dispute settlement

  1. Dutch law applies to these general terms and conditions and the agreements we conclude with you. In the event of a dispute, the court in Rotterdam has jurisdiction.
